Our story.
About 38 years ago, our mom started Metro Medical Courier — becoming the first medical courier in the area. For nearly 25 years, her daughter has worked alongside her, and together they've built a trusted company focused on reliability, professionalism, and long-term healthcare partnerships.
Behind every pickup is a team of dependable, experienced, professional drivers who help us deliver consistent service every day. We currently provide routine medical courier services throughout Omaha, Lincoln, Grand Island, Kearney and surrounding areas — and we work with some of the largest healthcare and medical clients in the nation.
We're open to expanding both our service areas and capabilities — including broader routine coverage, daytime STAT delivery (think 6 AM–8 PM), and additional medical logistics and staffing support. If you have a need we're not yet meeting, that's a conversation we want to have.
